Lukriton pricing is based on submitted intakes and routing capacity. Every plan includes a network: deploy it on an existing website as a widget, use a hosted Lukriton page as the secondary surface, and route requests to staff, departments, vendors, members, or approved providers.

Questions
Simple pricing rules
How do I choose a plan?
Choose by monthly intake volume and routed-recipient capacity: Free Launch to test, Starter for a smaller network, Growth for more demand, or Pro for larger markets. Every plan is a full network.
What counts as an intake?
One submitted request — a customer request, member question, quote, callback, or any message captured through your website widget, hosted Lukriton page, QR code, or link.
Are the website widget and hosted page included?
Yes. Both are included with every plan and share the same intake limit, routed-recipient capacity, routing rules, dashboard, transcription, translation, summary, and priority flag. The widget is your primary entry point; the hosted page is a ready public link.
Can I use a network without charging providers?
Yes. Cities, chambers, BIDs, agencies, businesses, schools, and nonprofits can use routing purely as an internal operations tool. If you do set provider or member terms, those are yours — Lukriton takes no commission on fees, jobs, or network revenue.
What happens when I hit my intake limit?
Free Launch includes 5 total intakes. Paid tiers reset monthly. When the limit is reached, intake pauses until you upgrade or the month resets.
Can Lukriton work before I have providers?
Yes. The OS collects requests even with no approved recipients yet. You can handle those requests manually, invite a recipient, or assign them later. Multilingual intake and translation are included at no extra cost.

Need a custom plan?
If you need a large service network for a city, agency, chamber, multi-location business, or organization, tap and talk. Tell us where the OS should operate, what needs to be routed, and we will help shape the plan.
