Important request privacy notice

Requests are processed by AI and shared with the network owner and, when routed or accepted, providers.

When you use a hosted request page, website mic, audience action link, QR code, email-signature voice reply, or request flow, your voice, text, contact details, location, and request details may be recorded, transcribed, translated, summarized, classified, routed, stored, and shared with the network owner. If an approved recipient accepts or receives a request, that recipient may receive the information needed to contact you directly.

Plain-language summary

Lukriton is a software platform for website mics, hosted request pages, audience action links, AI intake, private and organization routing networks, recipient invitations, and lead routing.

Requests are not private messages to Lukriton. They are intended to be delivered to the relevant network owner and, when routed or accepted, approved providers, members, vendors, partners, staff, departments, advertisers, or outside providers chosen by that owner.

01Information we collect

We may collect and process the following information:

  • Account information, billing records, authentication records, plan status, support requests, and contact details
  • Hosted request page content, website mic settings, audience action links, network profile content, provider or member invite links, QR codes, marketing-link content, service categories, locations, service areas, and owner settings
  • Requests submitted by followers, group members, readers, members, customers, residents, visitors, or other requesters through voice, text, forms, links, QR codes, or other intake flows, including audio, transcripts, translations, summaries, service type, urgency, location, contact details, and requested job details
  • Provider, advertiser, partner, staff, department, vendor, and network member information, including name, phone, email, business name, services, radius, availability, languages, approval status, acceptance history, and routing status
  • Lead routing records, offer records, accept/decline activity, timestamps, customer-selected provider caps, unmatched request actions, outside-provider invitations, and owner assignment decisions
  • AI outputs, including transcripts, translations, summaries, urgency labels, service classification, routing suggestions, low-quality or abuse signals, and suggested next steps
  • Marketing-kit usage, QR-code scans, page views, device, browser, IP address, location signals, language, link interaction, cookie or analytics data, and security logs
  • Information processed by payment, hosting, storage, AI, speech recognition, email, SMS, analytics, fraud prevention, and support providers

02How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the service, including to:

  • Operate, secure, improve, troubleshoot, and provide Lukriton
  • Create hosted request pages, website mics, audience action links, networks, recipient profiles, QR codes, marketing links, invite links, lead records, and owner dashboards
  • Record, transcribe, translate, summarize, classify, prioritize, and route customer requests
  • Match requests to approved providers, members, advertisers, vendors, staff, departments, partners, or other recipients, notify network owners and recipients, enforce customer-selected provider caps, and prevent duplicate acceptance by the same recipient
  • Allow network owners to manually assign leads, forward unmatched requests, invite outside providers or members, and grow their networks
  • Process subscriptions, enforce plan limits, manage billing, prevent abuse, investigate fraud, and enforce our Terms
  • Send service messages, support replies, security notices, lead notifications, and product updates where allowed
  • Comply with law, legal process, safety obligations, tax or accounting requirements, and rights-protection obligations

03Voice, AI processing, and request routing

Voice messages may be recorded or captured and then processed by automated systems and AI tools.

AI processing may include transcription, translation, summarization, urgency ranking, service classification, low-quality detection, language detection, location interpretation, routing recommendations, and suggested next steps.

AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete, delayed, or misleading. Network owners and providers should review original requests and confirm important facts before relying on AI output.

Because voice and text requests are recorded and processed by AI and automated systems, network owners are responsible for disclosing this to requesters and for obtaining any consent required by call-recording, wiretap, two-party-consent, biometric, and privacy laws. Voice recordings may be treated as biometric or sensitive data in some locations. Do not tell requesters that Lukriton intake is private, anonymous, confidential, human-only, or not AI-processed.

04Sharing with network owners, approved recipients, and outside invitees

When a requester submits a request, Lukriton may share the request and related AI outputs with the network owner. When an approved recipient accepts a lead, or when owner rules route a request directly, Lukriton may unlock requester contact details and full request information for that recipient.

If no matching recipient exists, a network owner may manually send the lead to an outside local provider or other invitee. That outside recipient may receive the request details needed to evaluate, accept, or respond to the lead.

Lukriton does not control how a network owner, approved recipient, or outside provider independently stores or uses information after receiving it outside the Lukriton platform.

05Other sharing

We may also share information as follows:

  • Network owners receive requests, AI outputs, requester contact details, recipient profile data, lead routing records, and dashboard information for networks they own or manage.
  • Approved providers, members, advertisers, vendors, staff, departments, partners, or other recipients may receive lead previews and, after accepting a lead when required, requester contact details and full request details needed to contact the requester directly.
  • If a network owner forwards an unmatched lead to an outside provider, that provider may receive the request information needed to evaluate or accept the lead.
  • Service providers may process data for hosting, storage, AI processing, speech recognition, translation, analytics, security, email, SMS, payments, notifications, support, and infrastructure.
  • Legal authorities, regulators, courts, service providers, affected parties, or rights holders may receive information when required or appropriate for legal, safety, security, abuse-prevention, or rights-protection reasons.
  • Business transaction parties may receive data if Lukriton is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of assets.

06Network owner responsibilities

If you create, manage, publish, or share a hosted request page, website mic, audience action link, QR code, email-signature voice reply, or network, you are responsible for your page content, your visitor disclosures, your legal basis for collecting and using requester and recipient data, and your compliance with privacy, recording, marketing, consumer-protection, industry, accessibility, provider, labor, tax, and local laws that apply to your use.

Do not tell customers or providers that Lukriton requests are private, anonymous, confidential, human-reviewed only, or not AI processed unless you have a written agreement and technical setup that makes that statement true.

You are also responsible for complying with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) rules and state consumer-protection laws that apply to your network, including the FTC Act's prohibition on unfair or deceptive practices, the FTC Endorsement Guides for any reviews or testimonials, the FTC's earnings-claims guidance and the Business Opportunity Rule where applicable if you make income, customer-volume, paid-participant, or business-opportunity claims, ROSCA and applicable negative-option or state automatic-renewal laws if you charge recurring participation fees, and the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and Telemarketing Sales Rule for any calls, texts, or emails you send.

07Recipient and network member data

Provider, member, advertiser, vendor, partner, staff, department, or other recipient applications, invitations, profiles, services, availability, lead acceptance history, and related records may be shown to the network owner and used for routing, approval, network management, and lead assignment.

Approved recipient profiles may be displayed on public network pages if the network owner enables public member display.

08Audience links and analytics

Audience action links, QR codes, social copy, provider or member invite links, website button text, and launch materials may generate analytics such as views, clicks, scans, referrals, traffic sources, and usage timestamps.

These records help owners understand how their network is being promoted and help Lukriton improve the platform.

09Storage, retention, and deletion

We may store account data, page data, recipient data, request data, audio, transcripts, translations, summaries, AI labels, lead records, logs, usage data, billing records, and metadata for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, support security, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and improve operations.

A deletion request may remove or restrict data within Lukriton systems where required and technically feasible. It may not remove copies already received, exported, downloaded, copied, emailed, texted, stored in CRM, or otherwise retained by a network owner, approved recipient, outside provider, or third party.

10Sensitive information and emergencies

Do not submit emergency requests, medical emergencies, passwords, payment-card numbers, government identification, private credentials, protected health information, highly sensitive personal data, or confidential information through Lukriton unless you understand the risks and have proper legal basis and safeguards.

Lukriton is not an emergency service. If you need urgent help, contact emergency services or the appropriate professional directly.

Lukriton is a general-purpose intake and routing platform and is not, by itself, configured to meet specialized health, patient, senior, resident, or other sensitive-data regimes. If you operate a network that handles health, patient, caregiver, senior, resident, or other sensitive information — for example a hospital, clinic, public agency, or aging-services network — you are responsible for your own legal basis, notices, consents, vendor agreements, and compliance with laws such as HIPAA, the FTC Health Breach Notification Rule, and applicable state health-privacy and consumer-protection laws, and for not collecting sensitive data through Lukriton unless you have those safeguards in place.

11Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, opt-out, or information about how personal data is processed.

Customers and providers who want a network owner to delete or stop using information should contact that owner directly. You may also contact Lukriton about data handled in Lukriton systems.

Contact us through the contact page or by email at support@lukriton.com.

12Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system, storage method, AI process, internet transmission, email, SMS, or cloud service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

13International processing

Lukriton and its service providers may process and store information in the United States and other locations where we or our providers operate. Data protection laws may differ from those in your location.

1418+ only

Lukriton is not intended for anyone under 18. Do not create an account, create a page, create a network, accept a provider invite, apply to join a network, or submit a request if you are under 18.

15Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised policy becomes effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated.

Questions can be sent through the contact page or by email at support@lukriton.com.
